Darvaza.pk delivers orders across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales, bad weather, or courier delays.

Customers must provide a complete address and an active phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the order.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery if the product received is:

• Incorrect or incomplete

• Defective or damaged

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
