Available Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, the complete payable amount must be paid to the courier rider at the time of delivery.

Customers are advised to keep the correct amount available, as the courier rider may not always be able to provide change.

The parcel generally cannot be opened before payment. After receiving the parcel, customers should inspect the product and contact our support team if it is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Prices and Delivery Charges

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees.

There are no hidden charges. The final payable amount may include:

  • Product price

  • Delivery charges

  • Applicable taxes or other charges, where required

Delivery charges may vary depending on the product, order value, promotion, or delivery location. The final amount will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Online and Advance Payments

Where advance payment is required, the order will be processed after the payment has been successfully received and verified.

Customers must use only the official payment details provided by Darvaza.pk. Darvaza.pk will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised accounts, numbers, or individuals.

Please keep your transaction receipt or payment confirmation until the order has been delivered.

Payment Verification

Darvaza.pk may contact customers to verify payment or order information before processing or dispatching an order.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if:

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • Incorrect payment information is provided

  • The payable amount is incomplete

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to the Darvaza.pk Return & Exchange Policy.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated through the confirmed payment method. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the bank, mobile wallet, or payment service provider.

Payment Security

Darvaza.pk will never ask customers to share:

  • ATM or debit-card PIN

  • Online banking password

  • One-time password or OTP

  • Complete card security details

Customers should not make payments through unofficial links or accounts shared by unknown individuals.
