Cash on Delivery
Pay the courier rider when your parcel arrives.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the complete payable amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
Keep cash ready
Customers are advised to keep the correct amount available, as the courier rider may not always be able to provide change.
Payment first
The parcel generally cannot be opened before payment.
Inspect after delivery
After receiving the parcel, inspect the product and contact support if it is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Delivery charges

Online and Advance Payments
Use only official Darvaza.pk payment details.
Where advance payment is required, the order will be processed after the payment has been successfully received and verified.
Payment Verification
Orders may be verified before processing or dispatch.
Darvaza.pk may contact customers to verify payment or order information.
Payment not verified
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.
Incorrect details
Incorrect payment information or incomplete payable amount may delay or cancel an order.
Suspicious activity
Fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in order delay or cancellation.
Refunds
Approved refunds follow the Return & Exchange Policy.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated through the confirmed payment method.
The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the bank, mobile wallet, or payment service provider.
Payment Security
Darvaza.pk will never ask for sensitive account details.
Darvaza.pk will never ask customers to share ATM or debit-card PIN, online banking password, one-time password or OTP, or complete card security details.
Customers should not make payments through unofficial links or accounts shared by unknown individuals.
