The product received is incorrect or incomplete.
The product is defective or damaged.
The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The product is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
All original tags, accessories, and packaging are included.
A valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase is provided.

Inspection, Refunds & Exchanges

Inspection and approval
Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the eligibility conditions. You will then be notified about approval or rejection.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, Darvaza.pk will initiate the refund to your confirmed payment method within 24 hours.
Exchanges
Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched subject to availability. Exchange orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Products that do not meet the return conditions, are returned after the 10-day period, or are sent without prior approval from our Customer Support team may not be accepted.
